• ประสานงานกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อไม่ให้มีข้อสงสัยก่อนการเขียนแบบ
• บันทึกข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน

Responsibilities:

• Control and/or provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business including, corporate, commercial, tax, intellectual property, immigration and litigation.
• Monitoring coordination with government units regarding legal matters.
• Advance proceeding in Draft, review and comment contracts and other legal documents.
• To report and summarize and research on newly enacted laws and regulations to Department Manager.
• Manage company’s license and other TAX approach (e.g. BOI, FBA, Trademark, Royalty) and responsible for compliance matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel in advance level.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Director from time to time.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law
• Over 5 years of working experience
• Good computer literacy and open to assistant program.
• Able to work independently and participate effectively across teams.
• Able to work under pressure and time limitation.
• High commitment, accountability and maturity.
• Excellent command of English  (TOEIC Score 700 up)
• Lawyer License (and willing to proceed in Court independently)

Job Description:

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• Experience above 2 years in sales or marketing is an advantage
• Good command of English (TOEIC score greater than 450 point)
• Must have no criminal record.
• Must be exempt from military service.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Ability to drive and have a driving license.
• Candidates who live in Northern will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take care and control project schedule.
• Reviewing contract and coordinate with stakeholder.
• On-Site surveys and overseeing building work.
• Perform overall quality control of the work
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• To ensure that the quality and safety accordance with MET standard.
• Coordinate with client in order to prepare the necessary work ex. elevator compartment, building, electrical test.
• Manage equipment shipment schedule.
