เป็นงานที่คอยซัพพอร์ตลูกค้าที่เอาคอมเพรสเซอร์ไปใช้ ไม่ให้เกิดปัญหา เช่นการติดตั้ง การแก้ปัญหาการติดตั้ง รวมถึงการหา Solution ต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า ไม่เพียงแค่นั้น งานนี้ยังต้องเพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับคอมเพรสเซอร์โดยหาฟังก์ชันใหม่ๆที่คอมเพรสเซอร์ของเราสามารถเอาไปใช้ได้ เช่น ตู้แช่วัคซีน , EV Bus หรือแม้กระทั้ง ระบบปรับอากาศบนเครื่องบิน

Job Scope “Develop new model (Full model and minor change) follow as standard of each country and evaluation of Structure Design item, Part Design”

Job Description

• Responsible for training as assigned
• Cooperate and coordinate with the sales team, service team, and repair team to provide information service to customers.

Training :

• Train clients in accordance with the course outline provided by Mitsubishi FA products.
• Develop and customize training courses to meet client needs.
• Develop your knowledge and skills to support current and future technologies through continuous education and learning.
• Responsible for additional duties the supervisor assigned inside and outside the department.

Prepare equipment & Other :

• Ensure that training kits are always ready for internal and external training.
• Maintain the orderliness of equipment and the environment in the training room.
• Regularly inspect training tools and equipment to ensure they are ready for use.
• Develop training documents in training courses to be ready and up-to-date with current technology.
• Able to work on-site on upcountry (Overnight)

Qualification

• 1-5 years experience in SCADA Genesis64, SCADA Wonderware, or related software.
• Experience working on projects using SCADA software.
• Experience in database systems via MS SQL Server, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
• Good IoT Knowledge (MQTT Protocol).
• MS. Office 365, Power BI, VBA, VB.Net, Visual Studio, Visual C#, Visual C++, JavaScript Object National)
