Job Scopes :
To suggest solution and to promote spec-in activity to customers by all measures to increase Mitsubishi’s market share.
Part1: Promote activity to customers.
- To visit customers as much as possible to collect customer’s needs or requests to support and respond to them.
- To make suggestion to solve or improve customer’s problem or productivity by using Mitsubishi Electric FA products and solutions.
- To demonstrate new product and solution information to customers with demo-units.
- To make report of customer information to MELCO HQ in Japanese or English.
Part2: Operate marketing key-event activities.
- To cooperate and support to company’s marketing events and activities.
Part3: Support foreign staff
- To support Japanese staff from MELCO Japan.
Part4: Self-Development in understanding of Factory Automation system Technology.
- Must learn FA products continuously (not only by company’s official training).
- To research and think what will be the suitable solution for the customer’s needs.
Basic of qualifications :
- Bachelor degree
- Good communication in English
- Good personality and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills.
- Must be able to work in a multi cultural environment.
- Mature, reliable personality and appears to have leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrate the commitment and ability to follow the code of conduct and the company’s core policies.
- Good skills of computer (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point) and English & Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)

- Over view
Provide sales activities and collaborate with engineering team, distributors and in/external department for FA products (PLC, Inverter, Servo, GOT, Motion Control, Robot etc) and Provide applications or solution to customer or concerns personnel who focusing on key/target accounts. May also consult and/or deliver provide technical training/demos to customers, distributors. Sales ’s data analysis current situation and/or market future trend to make sales strategy. Develop sales presentation/application reference and deliver idea presentations to external or entities.

➤Taking care Key Account customer and finding new customer in responsibility area.
➤Develop and maintain social and professional relationships with customers, corporate partners, and focus on industry; as well as lasting relationships with customers through target account strategies
➤Extension new market with spec-in activities to use Mitsubishi Electric products.
➤Identify new business opportunities within defined market segments as well as maintain an active, healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
➤Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
➤This position will involve applications, project engineer, in/outside sales and field service work.
➤Gather customer technical requirements and make proposal.
➤Provide insight on competitive solutions and differentiate between them

➤Responsible for managing and monitoring of progress from start to finish.

- Required Education and Experience + Skill
- Education
- Bachelor degree or over (Engineering, Automation/Electrical /Electronics / Mechanical field or Any)
- Studied aboard experience will be an advantage.
- Experience
- 2-3 years relate with sales, customer service or business development work.
- Experience with PLC, INV, HMI, Servo, Motion Control, Robot, CNC, and Control Networks and other industrial automation will be an advantage.
- Worked aboard experience will be an advantage.
- Language skill
- Need, English TOEIC 650 up
- Japanese or Chinese available will be an advantage.

- Excellent in Microsoft Excel/Power point/and Word or other
