Job Description
Overview
Expend sales, provide products and solution to new / existing Chinese speaking company (Chinese key man & Thai key person) to collaborate with engineering team, SI Maker, Distributors. Especially manage spec-in sales activity and leading team activities, report to manager.
- Increasing sales revenue and marketing in Chinese speaking customer.
- Create Chinese material for sales activity such as presentation, catalog and specific document.
- Prospecting new business and new client relationships Chinese speaking customer.
- Strong desire to interface with the customer, Embrace new technologies and business savvy.
- Ability to understand, adapt to, communicate and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop design proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, partners and others to maintain optimal offerings.
- Create quotes, drawing set, establish concept and collaborate with project engineer.
- Interpret daily communication and work-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Interpret technical documents related to automobiles with precision.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company, including editing and proofreading documents, Communicating with clients to clarify any questions or concerns they may have and attending meetings to provide interpretation services.
- Taking care Key account customer and finding new Chinese customer in responsibility area.
- Develop and maintain social and professional relationships with customers, corporate partners.
- Extension new market with spec-in activities to use Mitsubishi Electric products.
- Identify new business opportunities within defined market segments as well as maintain an active, healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
- This position will involve applications, project engineer, in/out sales and field service work.
- Gather customer technical requirements and make proposal.
- Provide insight on competitive solutions and differentiate between them.
- Something present at conference and seminars.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring of progress from start to finish.
- Gather insights from the business through analyzing data, identifying trends and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions for sales.
- Analyze business, market trend and competitor especially in Chinese market.
- Make report to sales manager or concern.
- Meet and exceed sales goals for bookings, revenue and gross profit.
- Work directly with engineers, contractors and end users.
- Develop design proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions, prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Work with the team and other resource to consider return on investment margins, solution goals and other aspects of the project.
- Respond to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or over in Engineering (Automation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or Business.
- Age 23-30 years old.
- Studying aboard experience will be advantage (China or concerns) HSK5 over.
- Work aboard experience will be advantage.
- 1-5 years or over years relate with sales engineer, customer support, business development work.
- Expert with Chinese business habits and Chinese culture.
- Need experience worked at Chinese company.
- Need Chinese skill business level (for Chinese national request Thai language skill).
- English TOEIC 650 up or equivalent.
- Japanese available will be advantage.
- Car drive skill with car license (Can drive to far area and work at difficult area).
